Refund & Exchange Policy – Malik Abaya
At Malik Abaya, we carefully inspect and pack every order before dispatch to ensure that you receive your product in perfect condition. Please read the following policy carefully before placing your order.
1. Refund & Return Policy
All products purchased from Malik Abaya are non-refundable and non-returnable.
Once an order has been delivered, we do not provide refunds or accept returns due to change of mind, incorrect size selection, colour preference, or any other personal preference.
Please check the product description, size information, and other product details carefully before placing your order.
2. Exchange Policy
Exchanges are accepted only in the following situations:
- The product received is damaged or defective.
- The wrong product has been delivered.
- The product received is significantly different from the product ordered.
No exchange will be provided for change of mind, incorrect size selection, or personal preference.
3. Unboxing Video Requirement
To be eligible for an exchange for a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, you must record a continuous and clear parcel-opening/unboxing video.
The video should:
- Be recorded before opening the parcel.
- Clearly show the original package and shipping label.
- Show the complete opening process without cuts or editing.
- Clearly show the product and the issue/damage after opening.
An unboxing video is mandatory for damage/defect-related exchange claims. Claims without proper opening/unboxing video may not be accepted.
4. Exchange Claim Time Limit
Any damage, defect, or incorrect-product issue must be reported within 24 hours of delivery.

Claims submitted after 24 hours of delivery may not be eligible for exchange.
5. Exchange Approval
After receiving your claim and supporting evidence, our team will review the issue. If the claim is approved, we will provide instructions regarding the exchange process.
The replacement product will be subject to availability. If the same product is unavailable, Malik Abaya will communicate the available resolution.
6. Important Notes
- Products must be returned in their original condition and packaging if an exchange is approved.
- Products that have been used, washed, altered, damaged after delivery, or returned without original packaging may not qualify for exchange.
- Exchange requests based solely on colour variation due to lighting, photography, or different screen displays will not be accepted.
- Minor differences in colour, print, stitching, or finishing may occur due to manufacturing and photography and may not be considered a defect.
- Malik Abaya reserves the right to reject an exchange claim if the provided evidence does not establish that the issue existed at the time of delivery.
